Confidentiality

We operate a fully confidential service. Client details are never disclosed to a third party without their consent.

Disclosure

All Sorted De-cluttering fully ensures all staff have satisfied Disclosure Scotland checks.

Best Practice

We will never dispose of items without your consent. It must always be the customers decision whether or not to dispose of unwanted items. We cannot be held responsible for the consequences of decisions made by the customer during the clearing process.

We have no expertise to identify valuable or collectable items such as works of art, jewellery and antiques. If you possess items which you believe to be valuable – we suggest you seek specialist advice.

Insurance

All Sorted De-cluttering has full public liability insurance.

Cancellations

All Sorted De-cluttering has the right to charge a fee of £30 plus the cost of storage items purchased, for cancellations made less than 48 hours prior to the agreed date of use of our service.
